Your artwork is packed carefully to protect it in transit and arrives ready to enjoy.
Packaging
- Posters are placed inside their frames before dispatch.
- Frames are wrapped with corner protection and packed inside reinforced boxes with strong edges.
- I-beams are added for extra sturdiness, including multi-item orders with up to three frames in one package.
- Framed canvas prints are packed with corner protection and protective plastic for safe delivery.
Returns
You can request a hassle free return within 14 days if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please retain the items and the packaging as photos of the damage or inaccuracy are required for the return process. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return the item back to us. We will process a replacement.
Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective or not as described. Please contact our support team with your order details and photos of the issue to initiate a return. The cost of returns will be covered by us if the return is due to error or damage, otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process a replacement.
